Cancellation Policy for Vacation Clients:
At Momono Pawfect Care Dogs & Cats sitter in Kreuzberg, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to offer a flexible and fair cancellation policy that benefits both our valued clients and our commitment to providing quality service.
Standard Cancellations: For non-holiday periods, we allow cancellations up to one day prior to the first scheduled visit without incurring a cancellation fee. However, cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled visit will be subject to the full charge.
Holiday Periods: During holiday periods, we extend the flexibility to cancel up to five, 5 days before the first scheduled sit. Beyond this period, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total reservation will be applied. Cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled visit will be charged at the full reservation amount.
Please note that no credits will be issued for visits canceled due to early client returns. In the event of an early return home, clients will be responsible for the payment of the reserved number of visits.
Cancellation Policy for Midday Dog Walking Clients:
We understand that life can get busy, and plans may shift unexpectedly. To ensure a smooth experience for both you and our team, we've designed a cancellation policy for our midday dog walking services.
Cancellation Before Our Arrival: If you need to cancel your midday dog walking appointment and inform us before our scheduled arrival, there will be no charge. We appreciate your proactive communication, and we're here to accommodate your needs.
Cancellation Upon Our Arrival: In cases where we arrive for a scheduled visit and find that you are at home, having forgotten to cancel, a charge for that visit will be applicable. We kindly ask for your understanding as we strive to maintain the quality and reliability of our services.
